One large double room with double bed available (ground floor) for someone who likes to hang out with others.

This amazing shared house is a newly refurbished Victorian terrace with a sunny garden. It is located in a quiet residential street just off the busy Homerton High Street and only 5 minutes’ walk away from Chatsworth Road with all its cafes, delis and shops. Homerton Overground Station is also only 6 minutes’ walk away.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stunningly fitted out kitchen/lounge with access to the lovely garden. It’s a place to stay long term and to feel at home.

The kitchen has two large fridge/freezers so half a fridge and half a freezer for each tenant, there is a dish washer, a washing machine, shared plates, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. and lots of storage space for everyone.

Three other rooms are occupied by two women (a project manager and a journalist) and a man (architect) in their thirties working full time.

The available room is a large double room on the ground floor facing the quiet side street* off Homerton High Street. It’s furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a desk and a wardrobe.

The house and shared spaces are big enough to hang out together or to do your own thing, however everyone should feel at home and be open to get to know the other housemates. Joint activities, such as gardening or occasionally cooking together is appreciated. The big dining table is ideal to have friends round for dinner too.
