The Flat
Is a very special and original flat, cool and homey with a big social area, open kitchen, good soundsystem, filled with happy plants and a lovely terrace to enjoy morning coffees and host BBQs. There are three rooms in the flat with two bathrooms. You will be sharing with one. There is a bike storage inside the building and good storage space.

The room
Is a very spacious room that comes furnished with a King size mattress, a big wardrobe, rack of clothes, an office desk and a comfortable office chair.

Conditions:
We are looking for someone to sublet from 1st of December to end of February 2024 with a discount price.

Cost: £1000 per month + bills (around £130)
Deposit: £750

The location
Is 3 minutes away from Victoria Park and Cambridge Heath Station (overground), 10-minute walk from Bethnal Green Station, 12 minutes away from Broadway Market, London Fields and Mare Street Market. Is 5 minutes away by bus to Columbia Flower Market.
A Nisa 1 minute away from the building´s door, a Tesco 5 minutes away and on the main street you have off-licenses, restaurants, gyms, a leisure centre and anything you could possibly need.
Is located in a quiet and residential street so no noise in the mornings!

The flatmates
You will be living with Matteo (29), a lively Italian who works in tech and Angela (37), a stylish Colombian scientist who works in the shipping industry. They are both very respectful and easygoing. Both work hybrid during the week when they are not travelling. They like to go for a run in Victoria Park, play tennis, host film nights with the projector in the living room and share good morning coffees.

What we are looking for
A professional who is considerate, clean, fun, respectful and kind, who wants to join a homey, stylish and amenable flat. We are looking for someone with interests beyond partying, who feel comfortable spending time on their own as well as sharing time with others. We would like someone to contribute to the personality of the Flat with original interests.

We organise BBQs and parties at the flat from time to time. We are not party-animals but like to throw good dancing nights. The flat however remains clean and tidy permanently.
