Hey everyone! Myself and my friend Holly are looking for a 3rd female to move into our nice and cosy house in the heart of Homerton.
About the area: The location couldn't be more perfect - we are literally a 5min walk away from the canal and the Hackney Marsh (hello picturesque long walks). Homerton overground station and Chatsworth Road are both 12 minutes away. Victoria Park is about a 15min walk away. You will never suffer from a lack of green spaces, shops and cafes - that's for sure! We also have the best and friendliest community of neighbours - drinks on the front porch were a frequent occurrence last year and it definitely kept us sane.
About the room & the house: It's a very large double attic room, fully furnished, warm and with loads of light. It shares a bathroom with Holly, I have my own. The house has got a good sized living room & separate new kitchen, no garden.
About us: We are two young professionals in our late 20s, working in film production and tech. We are pretty chilled, love a good film, cook a nice meal with a glass of wine and some music in the evening. We are looking for someone who is clean & tidy, respectful of the community and who will make an effort to make this flat a good place to live in!
