Hi! We have a lovely double room to rent in our very bright, homely flat, perfectly located on vibrant Chatsworth Road.

Rent is £672 pcm + bills which come to around £95 /month. We're also planning to get a cleaner once a week, when lockdown ends (around £40/month).

Move in date is 5 March, with some flexibility.

The room features a double bed, a wardrobe & shelving space. There is room for a desk in the bedroom if you're looking to work from home.

The flat itself has a beautiful living room area, kitchen, a bathroom and additional downstairs toilet. There is also space for bikes in the entranceway.

The flat is ideally located on Chatsworth Road, a 10 minute walk from Homerton Overground station (links to Highbury & Islington on the Victoria line) or a 10 min walk from the 55/48 bus with links to Shoreditch/Central London.

The flat is also situated a short walk from Hackney Downs, Springfield Park, Millfields Park, the River Lea and Hackney Marshes - so it's great for walks and runs.
Chatsworth Road has a wide variety of independent shops and services, an independent cinema, and there's a lovely market every Sunday.

You will be sharing with Jayne, 30, an editor for a publishing house, and Camilla, 31, a project manager in advertising. We are friendly and outgoing, very respectful of each other's space, but do enjoy dinners together, a drink after work or getting lots of nice cheese from one of the lovely delis nearby. Ideally our new housemate would be up for a nice balance of hanging out, pub visits (when such things are allowed!) while also having their own social life.

We're both working from home, and there is space (either in the room or elsewhere) for a desk for another person. We always make sure to tidy away at the end of every day so the sitting room can be used for TV and relaxing! The flat is a lovely, cosy space, and we’d like anyone who moves in to think of it as a home.

We have been in the flat for a year and a half and are looking to extend, so it’s available for long-term lets only.
