Alex and I are two self-employed friends in our 40’s looking for a housemate who is warm, tidy and treats home like a haven.

I split my time between Dorset and London, while Alex is rooted here.

We live independently, but enjoy sharing chats, gardening sessions, meals, yoga, monthly meetings and cultural events.

Room is bright and beautiful and comes fully furnished.

Stunning shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Thriving gardens front and back, with raised beds, small pond, seating and compost areas.

Cabin for creative work

Space for 1 bike each in the hallway.

Rent is £1000 - including bills, broadband, TV and fortnightly cleaner.

Additional house kitty which we pay approx £200 per year into for shared cleaning products, Netflix, food etc.

We take pride in keeping the house and garden in shape, guided by a lodgers agreement and shared rota.

We’d love someone green fingered to join us, who recognises that time in nature supports wellbeing and sustainability.
