Sharing with two self-employed friends in their 40’s. I live between Dorset and London, while Alex is rooted here.

We are independent but also enjoy sharing chats, gardening, monthly meetings & meals and the occasional party.

Looking to cohabit with someone tidy and professional, who is straight talking and treats home like a haven.

Room is bright and beautiful and comes fully furnished.

Stunning shared kitchen, living room and bathroom (sharing with one other).

Space for 1 bike each inside.

Front & back gardens with lawn, beds and containers for growing veg. Small pond and resident frog!

Garden studio for creative work.

Rent is £950 - including bills, broadband, TV, fortnightly cleaner & occasional gardener.

We have an additional house kitty for shared eco-cleaning products, spices etc.

We take pride in keeping the house in shape guided by a maintenance rota. Tasks include composting, watering and leaf clearing - with myself and a gardener doing more extensive gardening. We’d particularly love someone green fingered to join us!

5-10 mins walk from Hackney Central & Hackney Downs stations. Next to the wide open spaces of Hackney Downs park. Near the lively eateries and shops of Chatsworth Road and London Fields markets, Hackney Marshes and cycle routes to Epping Forest.
