We’re looking for a housemate (WEEKDAYS ONLY!) to join me and my fiancée in our 2 bed flat off Broadway Market, Hackney. We’re interested in someone who works in London a few days a week and needs a lovely, peaceful, clean and tidy room to stay in whilst they’re in town :) We’ve had a lodger 2 days a week for the past 1.5 years - she came for a month and has stayed on ever since and it’s worked a dream so we’re very well rehearsed. She kept some belongings here and we were in charge of changing sheets and providing fresh towels.

It’s in a great location, on the canal off Broadway market and only 15 mins from
The City (or Liverpool Street!) and 10 mins from Shoreditch. Rent is to be discussed depending on number of nights you’ll stay per month.

The flat is newly renovated, modern and very homely. The double bedroom is fully furnished with everything you need. It has a new memory foam mattress and a built in wardrobe where you are very welcome to leave some of your stuff.

We have a fully equipped kitchen and living room for my housemate to use as they please too.

I own a social media agency and my fiancée works as a therapist in the NHS . We’re both easy going, sociable and enjoy keeping fit and love cooking. This isn’t a party house so we are looking for a young professional like us who are respectful, clean & tidy but might fancy the occasional glass of wine together!


The room is available immediately and I’m happy to consider short term rental from 1 month minimum to ongoing if things work out. If this sounds like a good match, drop me a message and we can chat!
