My current housemates are moving out and I am looking for two new flatmates (ideally 30+) to join this wonderful home from 20 April 2026.
I have been living here for a few years and have truly made this place a home. I lead my own life and have my own interests, but I enjoy catching up over the occasional meal and chatting in the kitchen. I value a calm, comfortable home environment — communal spaces are kept clean and tidy, routines are respected, and although Hackney has fantastic bars and restaurants, the party doesn’t come home.
I am looking for likeminded professionals who see their home as a place to look after — a relaxed, grown-up household rather than a party house.

The Room
One double rooms are available on the second floor of this three-storey house.
All rooms are bright and well-sized. There is room for a desk bed and wardrobe. They officially come unfurnished, with the possibility to purchase furniture from the outgoing tenants if desired. there i s the possibility to move in earlier than the 20th April as current Housemate will leave early April - just ask me for more info on this!
The House
Located in the heart of Hackney, the house benefits from excellent transport links and great local amenities.
The house offers:
A spacious kitchen/dining area
A HUGE livingroom - which will come unfurnished, offering the opportunity to create and shape the space together as a new household.
A private back garden with another front area
One large main bathroom (shared)
An additional downstairs toilet
Good storage throughout!
It’s a warm, well-kept home that feels spacious and comfortable!
The new tenancy will be a joint contract starting 20 April 2026. - Possibility to move in earlier will be also considered.
The Money
Each room is:
£1,100 per month
£1,269 security deposit
Bills are approximately £150 per month and include internet, water, energy and council tax.
The agency will carry out the usual reference and background checks before confirming the tenancy.
