We are looking for two new flatmates (ideally 30+) to join our home from 20 April 2026.
We’re all international, have been living here for few years now and made this place our home. We lead our individual lives and have our own interests, but enjoy catching up over the occasional meal and chatting in the kitchen. We keep communal spaces clean and tidy, respect each other’s routines, and value a calm, comfortable home environment. We enjoy the great local bars and restaurants Hackney has to offer, but we don’t bring the party home with us.
We’re looking for likeminded professionals who see their home as a place to look after — a relaxed, grown-up household rather than a party house.

The Rooms
Two double rooms will become available on the first floor of our three-storey house.
Both rooms are bright and well-sized (one larger than the other). They are currently furnished, with the possibility to purchase furniture from the outgoing tenants if desired.
The House
The house is located in the heart of Hackney, with excellent transport connections and great local amenities nearby.
The house offers:
-A spacious kitchen/dining area that we use as our main social space
-A private back garden
-One main bathroom plus an downstairs toilet
-Good storage throughout the house
It’s a warm, well-kept home that feels spacious and comfortable.
You would be joining Isa and Matej both professional in their 30 under a new joint tenancy contract starting 20 April 2026.
The Money
Room 1
£800 – Rent per month
£978.75 – Security deposit
Room 2
£875 – Rent per month
£978.75 – Security deposit
Both rooms are on the first floor and come unfurnished with the possibility to buy from current tenants as one is moving abroad and the other moving with partner.
Bills are approximately £90–£120 per month (depending on the season) and include internet, water, energy and council tax.
The agency will carry out the usual reference and background checks before confirming the tenancy.
