Bright double between Dalston & Hackney Central

Hello!

We have a room available in our lovely house in between Dalston and Hackney Downs as our current flatmate will temporarily leaving us. Looking for someone tidy and considerate for a short term.

THE ROOM

First floor double, bright and light with two windows, hard wood flooring and double glazing!
The room comes furnished, plants can be left in the room if wanted. There is a bed, desk and wardrobe.

THE HOUSE

There are 3 others in the house! (4 bedrooms in total) The bedroom available is on the first floor, and you'd only be sharing that floor with one other housemate so the house feels quite spacious. We have a big kitchen / dining area that we use as a hang out area as there sadly is no living room. We also have a back garden and large storage space where you can store your bike. The house has one main bathroom and one downstairs toilet. There is plenty of extra storage space dotted around the house too!

THE HOUSEMATES

You would be living with three females in their early thirties: an Economic researcher (from Italy), university admin (from Italy) and a graphic designer (from Poland).

We lead our individual lives but enjoy catching up over a glass of wine and the occasional meal + BBQs in the backyard. We keep communal spaces clean and tidy and are respectful of each other. We enjoy drinking at local bars but don't bring the party home with us.
