Single room in shared house Hackney

Single room available in our nice bright chilled house in Lower Clapton.
The room comes unfinished, there is room to fit a double or single bed.
We have a gorgeous big living room with a balcony, great for the summer! And also a big kitchen and a big bathroom + extra separate WC.
We are Ami they/them and Giovanni he/him. We’re a quiet house, respectful of each other’s space but we get on well and the house is very friendly - it’s definitely not a party house or a pre-drinks house though, it’s more of a place to chill.
The house is right by loads of nice shops and cafes, decent pubs and great pizza options.
We’re a 5 min walk to Hackney Central station, 10 mins to Hackney Downs and about 15 min walk to Clapton Station.
A short walk in one direction and you get to Hackney Marshes and the canal, in the other direction you can walk through Hackney Central to get to London Fields and Broadway Market.
The room is officially available from the 1st of November but could be flexible if needed.
