Beautiful large double bedroom in Homerton

We have a large double room available in a 3 bedroom flat just off the bustling Chatsworth Road. The room is on the top floor, with a Juliet balcony and skylights, so bright and airy. Situated in a top floor flat in a victorian townhouse with beautiful original features, set over three floors, with a spacious living kitchen area. We have a cleaner who comes once a week, other than that we look after the house well.

Danni and Becky are the current housemates, both working full time. Danni works in the city as a facilities manager and also has a photography company, Becky is a freelance set designer and food stylist. Looking for a fellow professional, that will become a part of the home.

The area is ideal, a quiet street with busy Chatsworth road a moments walk away, full of shops, restaurants and bars. There's a lovely park at the end of the road, with the marshes just beyond. Homerton overground is just a 5 minute walk away, so great for transport links.

The room is available immediately, and you will be taking over the contract from the current housemate (myself) as I am moving in with my partner. Current contract is 6 months but with the intention to renew in April to a further 12 months.
