Bright spacious double bedroom with en suite and loads of storage - available in a house share with 1 other person (and a cat!).

Massive 800sq ft, 2-bed, 2-bath, 3-storey house with a large sunny garden. Very close to Hackney Downs. Stoke Newington, Hackney Marshes, Walthamstow Marshes also near by.

I’m looking for a new person to share the house with and to split the rent. The moving date is flexible. I work from home 2/3 days a week and on the days I am in the office I am out of the house early in the morning.

I’m super easy to get on with, in the evenings I’ll either see friends, read or watch Netflix. I like the house to be fairly clean and tidy. I’m looking for someone who likes to chill out and chat over a few glasses of wine - just as much as they like to wind down on their own in their own space. You should of course feel as though this is your home too! So more than happy for you to bring friends round, but no wild parties, most of my partying days are behind me!

I currently rent this place through Foxtons. They would carry out a reference check on you, and your name would be added to the tenancy agreement. You need to have ‘right to rent’ and be either a UK citizen, or have EU settled status. Foxtons will do a ‘change of occupancy’ on the existing tenancy agreement which runs until 8th August 2023 (a break clause is available from 9th Feb 2022). Deposit is payable in advance and is £1235.
