Short Term Sublet in Hackney

3 month sublet from Dec 22nd - mid March 2026

King sized room: nice bright, with high ceilings. Comes furnished, all of my personal items will be removed but all furniture in the photos will stay. I can also provide bedding and towels if needed. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one is right next to the room and is only used by one other housemate. 2 large communal areas, plus a kitchen, and a garden.

Location is great, 5-10 mins to Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations, short bus to Dalston and right next to Hackney Downs park.

You would be living with 2 housemates, one male 32, one female, 33 and a black cat (male housemate is responsible for cat’s needs). Very chilled vibe in the house, it’s social but it’s not a party house.

Must be clean and tidy and be willing to participate in a cleaning rota. I also need a person who will look after and water the plants in my room.

Female preferred (just because I’m female and so keeps the dynamic similar) but open to the right male.
