1 large double bedroom with balcony

I have one bright and clean double bedroom for rent. This room come with its own balcony. We are a very relaxed and friendly working household .we love music and chilling with friends We also have one cat living with us which is very clean the house is clean and everyone has to clean after themselves.
You also have use of a large kitchen and a separate washing room . What we are looking for is a person who loves life and is friendly and tidy if any more pictures of the house needed just ask :)) HAS to be 4/20 and animal friendly
