Quiet Room overlooking garden, Hackney (Zone 2)

We are looking for a friendly, relaxed housemate for a room in our 4 bed Victorian house sharing with 3 other guys.

There is a well equipped, spacious kitchen/diner and a separate utility/laundry area. The kitchen has all appliances including dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers, double oven, microwave, washer and dryer. There is one bathroom which has a shower and bath.

The Room: The room has a lovely bay window overlooking the garden. It is a medium sized room, 3.74m x 3.15m (check out size before viewing) and is quiet & peaceful.

It is fully furnished & was refurbished and insulated (new walls and ceiling) less than 3 years ago.

Location: The house is on a quiet, residential tree lined street, Chatsworth Road (5min), Clapton Overground to Liverpool St (8 mins), and there are lots of bus routes. There is an abundance of shops, pubs, cinemas, places to eat, markets and green spaces including the River Lea and Hackney Marshes.

You: You'll be living with 3 great guys who are friendly and respectful. It is important you are too.

You'll be someone who cleans up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom and share the responsibility of looking after the house.. You must know how to recycle!

We have found the key to harmony in the house is that after cooking/eating, each person cleans up immediately afterwards. There is no "I'll do it in the morning".

It is important you are tidy, sociable, respectful and chilled. Maybe even with a sense of humour.

It would be a plus if you are interested in gardening.

The move-in date is October 1st, or perhaps slightly sooner, after checks are completed.

Viewings will be arranged in the evenings or virtually.
