Room in beautiful Lower Clapton terraced house

One double room available in a three-person house share in Lower Clapton, available from 22 August, right between Hackney Marshes and Chatsworth Road.

You would be living with me (Tom), working in the social enterprise sector, Gina, working in the arts, both in their late 30s. All friends :) and looking for someone who can add to the positive environment - friendly, independent, considerate and respectful people. LGBTQ or LGBTQ-friendly is essential.

The room comes with an inbuilt wardrobe with a double bed. There is plenty of storage space elsewhere in the house, along with a large garden and communal spaces.

The current contract runs until 26 April 2025 (you would replace the outgoing tenant on that) and the property is managed by an estate agent but we have a direct relationship with the landlord, who used to live in the property but now lives in Berlin. Bills are not included in the rent - these total to something around £140 per month (Broadband, Council tax, Water, Energy, TV license).
