Spacious large double room on 1st floor of Terraced house with garden, around the corner from Chatsworth Road and 6 min walk to Homerton station.

I am moving in with my partner and leaving behind my house of the last 4 years! Ideal move in dates would be before xmas - weekend of 13th/14th Dec or 20th/ 21st Dec.

It’s a truly great house with great people. Close to Homerton Station, and walking distance from Hackney Central, Hackney Wick, and Victoria Park. The current tenants Chloe, Jake and Marnie are perfect housemates and I’m sad to be leaving! Work-wise Chloe is an art admin, Jake is a Research Scientist, and Marnie is a Graphic Designer. It’s a sociable house and we enjoy music, good conversation and a nice dinner when we can. We're respectful of everyone’s space, and often out doing our own thing, but definitely enjoy each other’s company and when we're about will hang out in the evenings and have friends over etc.

The house has great common spaces; a big kitchen with both a breakfast bar and dining area with direct access to the patio and garden, a separate living room, and a big bathroom with a bath.

The room is the largest in the house - on the first floor and very bright and airy - Part furnished with some cupboard space and drawers included.

We've had a great time in the house and I know Jake, Chloe and Marnie look forward to continuing the tenancy with a friendly and fun addition!. If you're interested - please send a message with a bit about yourself and we'll take it from there.

This is not a sublet - I will be looking for a new tenant who can be added to the contract - the current contract will then renew 30th April for another year.
