Cosy 1-bedroom flat -4weeks Feb/Mar Let, Hackney

I'm renting my place for 4 weeks between February 11th until March 14th for £1900, this includes bills.

The flat is extremely calm, on the garden-side of a Victorian house, nonetheless very close to burstling Dalston (10min walk to Ridley Road market, Kingsland High St, Dalston Kingsland etc). It's full of character, with wooden floors and high ceilings, with big south-facing sash windows in the main room, a mezzanine bed (small double), and a bathtub in the bathroom.

Hackney Downs Overground is 7min walk, there are lots of food shopping options around, and you're 20min from Broadway Market.

Couples welcome. This is my home so I'll want to meet you (or videocall you if you’re not in London) beforehand to get a feel and to explain the details about the place :)
