My large one bedroom flat in Hackney is available to rent for 1 to 3 months, with a move-in date around 1 Jan 2026.

£450 per week / £1800 per month.
This price includes bills, except electricity.
I will check my electricity account at the end of your stay and let you know what you owe. It will be approx £70-100 per month.

The flat is a 1 minute walk from Hackney Downs station. You can get to central London (Tottenham Court Road) in 20 minutes.

It is also a 6 minute walk from Hackney Central station.

The flat has lots of natural light from large south-facing windows. It is spacious and nicely furnished, in a secure development.

If you're not familiar with Hackney, this is a great area, really close to lots of popular places like Broadway Market and London Fields.

I will ask whoever rents the flat to sign an agreement and pay some of the cost of their stay upfront.
Rental rules: No dogs, no more than 3 guests at one time, no overnight guests staying longer than one night.
