Set in Hackney, the property is just moments from an array of lovely food and convenience shops, restaurants, amenities, many open green spaces, and a Tesco 1 minute walk away. Transport links, including Hackney Downs (2 min walk) and Hackney Central (8 min walk), allow swift and direct access to the City and West End. ABOUT ME:

My name is Darryl. I'm 40. I'm from Birmingham but have lived in London for 13 years. I am an actor and a writer/director. I also freelance as a development producer in TV. I'm into cinema, theatre, classic cars, and anything creative. I cook a lot. I like to play tennis and keep fit and healthy by doing yoga, boxing, gym, and running.

The two sofas in the living room picture have been changed; we now have a lovely black leather 2-seater and a beautiful wheat leather 4-seater to accompany our comfy futon. We also have new artwork and a coffee table (I will upload a pic soon).
