The flat is in excellent condition and features two double bedrooms, one bathroom, and a spacious open-plan kitchen/reception room with bi-fold doors leading onto a private garden with decking, fencing, and a palm tree.

The property’s in a great spot in Hackney — surrounded by cafes, shops, and restaurants, with Hackney Downs Park just 5 minutes away and London Fields 10 minutes. Tesco is a 1-minute walk. Transport links are excellent: Hackney Downs (2 mins) and Hackney Central (8 mins) give easy, direct access to the City and West End. Bus routes 30 and 50 stop at the end of the road, heading straight to Highbury & Islington. There’s also a Zipcar bay around the corner and a Lime bike station on the road.

You’ll also have access to the secure on-street cycle hangar for residents.
