Room in a Spacious Clapton 2 bed

My name is Max (she/her) and I live with my partner Row (she/her) and we have a room available in the 2 bed flat we are renting in Clapton.

We are both furniture makers in a local workshop and have used our making skills to put a lot of love into our space. We are looking for someone who appreciates nice things and likes to keep the place clean and tidy.

The flat is spacious with big east facing windows, so it gets nice morning sun. It’s on the main road so good access to shops and places to eat (there is a great caf across the road). The flat is at the back of the block so it’s nice and quiet away from the road noise. We are both big family people and sometimes have parents or siblings stay when they are in town.

Row and I both work regular hours in the week and are in most evenings. I like cooking, putting a record on and doing DIY around the house. Row likes design, running and keeping our plants happy.

The room is available from June 4th and is £950/month + bills which vary a little but work out at about £140/month. The deposit is 4 weeks rent - £950. The room is about 3 meters square with a big window, it’s unfurnished except for the wardrobe storage, so you will need a bed! The flat has double glazed windows, central heating, wifi, a washing machine and a full size fridge freezer.
