Family home, with a room to spare: short-med.term

Hi there, we are a small, cosy, and eclectic family home, which includes two cats, a baby, and a child.

The available room is a double, furnished room, with folding doors that open/close into another living room space that when you aren't home might need accessing (for the bookshelves, mainly), and you can use/not use as desired/needed.

There is a separate dining room that looks onto the garden, which is shared, along with the kitchen and shared bathroom (up a flight of stairs).

We are looking ideally for a working professional who is perhaps looking for short-term place to crash, with the option to extend to medium-term if it works out/is right for all involved.
