Room for rent - Hackney central

Hi,

I have a room available to rent, the room itself is the back room looking onto the garden. The room is big enough to have a double but has a small double in for extra space.
The price is reflective of the whole flat space and the fact that a lot of the time the flat will be empty.

The flat is the bottom floor in a block of Victorian flats, we share a communal garden giving easy access for bikes. The flat itself, is two bed with separate bathroom, kitchen and living room.

Victoria Park , London fields, and Broadway Market are all just down the road. But even though everything is right on the doorstep and in HC, the flat is actually very quiet.
The large communal garden is secure and has a nice community vibe in the summer where people have Bbq's etc. Nice neighbours, some who have lived here all their lives. So we all have a chat and say hello.
