Double Room to let Hackney E8 shared house

Hello, I have A lovely double room to rent inside my home in Hackney east London E8. The room is very comfy and furnished with a built in wardrobe and additional under bed storage.
The flat is south facing so benefits from lots of natural light. Its very close to London Fields station and London fields park. As well as Haggerston station and Snake park is in close proximity to my place. The flat is a five minute walk from Broadway market which operates a street food market at weekends. (Very popular with locals and tourists).
In addition Shoreditch High street, renowned for its bustling night life, is around a 15 minute walk from the house so, there is always plenty to do in and around the area. Access to the living room if we are not using it and free parking at the weekends.
My wife and I, are looking for either students or working professionals (NO COUPLES). The successful candidate must be easy going, respectful, clean, and doesn't mind living landlords. They must also be DBS checked as this is a family friendly environment.
Prospective housemate will have access to a kitchen large cooker, microwave, washing machine, air fryer, dishwasher as well as all bills and WIFI.
To move into our home we require one month rent upfront and a deposit of one month’s rent.
