ABOUT THE FLAT:
House has a big kitchen and a spacious garden. There is storage space around the house. 1 bathroom and 1 additional toilet. We also have an indoor storage space for bikes.

THE ROOM:
The room is huge, sunny and fully furnished and will come with a brand new bed base & mattress, desk & desk chair, wardrobe, bedside table and bookcase.

LOCATION:
Great location near Chatsworth Road which has all amenities, bars, restaurants and a great Sunday market. E5 so lots of good transport options. Hackney Marshes & River Lea are just round the corner. Walking distance to Homerton, Lower Clapton, Hackney Central.

BILLS AND RENT:
The rent itself is £825 every month.
Bills: wifi, water, council tax, cleaner and energy come to about £150 a month.

You will have to go through checks with the landlord who is asking affordability check of 2.5 the rent and bills so min £36k per annum income and a UK guarantor (in lieu of a deposit). He is pretty good to deal with and addresses any issues promptly.

ABOUT THE FLATMATES:
It's important to us to keep the house queer friendly.

We work Monday to Friday, and cook and spend time in the kitchen a lot where our sofa is as we have no separate living room. We're all on different schedules so there are rarely any issues with accessing the shower.

Amberine: nb, works frontline at a charity and has a cat called Arya that I’m sure you’ll fall in love with. Music/dancing/80s movies/cooking

Antoine: works with numbers at a charity and enjoys music, cooking & running.

Selina: Non-binary, working for a vintage brand, loves music and going to car-boots on the weekend. Big fan of Arya 🐈
