The house is in a nice quiet part of Hackney with good transport links nearby. Rooms come with bed mattress wardrobe and if required a desk and chair

Council Tax Band C

Bills are not included and come to around £100 per person per month for gas electricity water council tax Internet etc

New person will need to be full time emplpyed with an annual income of £30k or higher
