I have a newly refurbished 2 bedroom house available. The rooms are available individually or the entire house can be rented.

Room 1 (TAKEN): located on the ground floor and comes with its own private balcony/garden space. Fully furnished.

Room 2: located on the first floor of the house, adjacent to the bathroom. Has its own private balcony.

The house has just gone through a full refurbishment.

It is located in a prime location, just a 5 min walk to Haggerston station (Overground station). It’s a stone throw away from Victoria Park, Columbia Road flower market, Shoreditch etc.

All bills are included (including council tax). Council tax band B. We will also be providing a cleaner who will clean the house once a week. This service is included in the price.

The house is located in a peaceful, residential area, therefore we are looking for potential residents to use the home as a place of relaxing and resting.
