Lovely double bedroom available immediately with sole private use of family bathroom. No desk in the room at the moment but a table can be arranged. This is part of a big duplex flat with separate kitchen and living areas. Really fab location- 3 min walk to Hackney Downs Station, 10 mins walk to Dalston and London Fields.

I am a live-in landlord in my late 30s, and have another female friend staying with me at the moment. We are looking for a chill, mature and respectful female or LGBT lodger to move in with us on a short to mid-term basis.

Rolling weekly/monthly and Monday to Friday lets are welcome, and I can be slightly flexible on rent depending on length of stay.

NB #1 - I am currently in the process of selling the flat so you must agree to be cooperative in terms of keeping your room tidy for viewings, and vacating the property during these times. I have requested that they only happen over lunch, post 5pm and Saturdays,. 24 hours notice minimum is generally given. Aiming to sell in the spring, so max 5/6 month let available at the moment.

NB #2 - This is NOT a typical social 'flat share' type home. If you are new to town and looking to start building your network then this probably isn't the place for you. We are both super chatty and friendly, but have our own independent lives after over 10 years living in the city. We would love for someone mature, respectful, chill and kind to slot in peacefully.
