Best coffee shop in London Lodestar is a 5 minute walk. Hackney Downs Studios offer a great bakery, bar & resto. More amazing options are just a few minutes walk or cycle. Two en-suite bedrooms are situated on the opposite sides of the flat offering a degree of privacy. The second bedroom offered is East facing with a king size bed and a built-in wardrobe. There's a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and lots of natural light. A bathtub is in the second bathroom, and can be shared from time to time.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge / freezer / oven / induction hob / microwave / dishwasher and plenty of storage space in the cupboards. There's a separate laundry room with a washing machine and space for coats. The corridor offers storage for shoes.

A little bit about me. This is my first flat that I bought after many years renting London (including through this app). I've lived around Hackney for almost a decade and absolutely adore this part of the city. The apartment is an absolute gem, and I recommend you coming to see it if its close to your budget. Work-wise, I've got a day job Mon - Fri and a design label on the side with a studio near Broadway Market. I usually like to work from home a couple of days a week, otherwise I'm in the studio / office. I'm pretty flexible on my side and am sure we can work out a schedule that is convenient for both of us. I am out and about a lot, but also love to organise a small dinner party at home on occasion, enjoy an aperitif on the terrace or watch a movie on a projector.
