1 Double Room Available for 1 Month Short Let

We have a spacious double room available in our lovely 2 bed flat in leafy Hackney, Lower Clapton. The room is available for a month in October or November. The moving date can be flexible. We are a couple in our early 40s, working in video editing and art education. We are friendly, easy going, clean and tidy and looking for someone who would be too.

Room:

Large and quite double bedroom with bed, big build-in wardrobe (desk/chair available if needed). The flat has great insulation meaning a warm flat with no cold drafts in the winter months. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Rent:

£1100 inclusive of all bills (WiFi, gas, electricity, water, council tax). We would also require a £200 refundable deposit that would be returned upon departure.

Transport:

15mins walk to Hackney Central, 10mins walk to Hackney Downs station, 5mins walk to Rectory Road. And plenty of buses nearby.

Area:

The house is nicely located on the edge of Hackney Downs park with lots of bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants around the corner.
