Double Bedroom in 3 bed flat

Double bedroom in 3 bed flat, 5-10min walking distance from Bethnal Green station and Cambridge Heath Overground station.

We need someone to be able to take the room on the 1st of August and to stay a minimum of 6 months.

We are two young professionals between 27-30 years old and we’ve been living in this flat for 2.5 years. We are looking for a young professional between 27-35 years old, no WFH schedule, Monday to Friday daytime job, respectful and clean, also ideally vegeterian / vegan.

The room is £950/month and bills are £115 /month per person. This includes internet, gas, electricity, council tax and cleaning, all flatrate (for now). Water is not included because we pay for this every six months. Next payment will be in November.
