Huge beautiful room in Victorian townhouse

WOULD ACCEPT SUBLETS. I am leaving my huge room in a beautiful Victorian townhouse garden flat to move in with my boyfriend. The room is the size of a studio flat! Available 28th July.

Flatmates are both professional creatives from Chile and Hungary. We are all part of a common friendship group and so the house is like a family home. Looking for someone conscious and considerate, who'd love to live right in front of Hackney Downs park, with all that is on offer in the surrounding areas of Dalston, London Fields, Stoke Newington and Clapton.

We have a brand new and beautiful kitchen too (need to upload photo). There is one small bathroom but the shower is super powerful. Both housemates work freelance and not on a 9-5 schedule and so, there is not usually ‘traffic’ for the bathroom in the morning :)

There is also a huge garden that we enjoy throughout the summer months very much.

Bills are on average £150/month in the winter, £115/month in the summer.
