Short letting my dbl room in a 2 bedroom flat. Comes fully furnished (apart from bedding + towels) with a queen memory foam mattress, closet, balcony/rooftop out of the window. I'll leave most of my stuff but can clear space for you. Extremely private and quiet room on the bottom floor (only room there), ensuite with bath that is mostly yours on the main floor with a large shared living room + kitchen. My flatmate's room is on the top floor with it's own ensuite. Has a TV / dishwasher / washing machine

LOCATION:
Located a 5 minute walk to Hackney Central / 10 minute walk to Dalston Junction. The 38 / 242 / 277 all run directly out the front door. Just on the other side of Wilton Way with incredibly cute coffee shops etc / Spurstowe Arms around the corner. 10 minute walk to London Fields and Broadway Market. All in all, an incredibly convenient location for commuting and walking around

FLATMATE:
Ryan, 31, extremely lovely and respectful flatmate. A musician often doing rehearsals / gigs and works at an office 2-3 days a week. Both enjoys chats and doing his own thing

ADDITIONAL INFO:
£900.00 / month. Bills aren't included, so that's approx an additional £200.00 / month. TOTAL for Dec 8th - Jan 10th considered one month - £1,100.00

Currently returning either January 10th or 12th. Seeking : NO pets, NO couples, ideally not WFH, someone clean, quiet, respectful. Queer friendly ofc. Will require all £ upfront
