I have two doubles to let within this 3-bed 2-bathroom top floor apartment at sought after Dalston works. I currently rent with two others but they are moving out end of current lease with their partners. Lease application will be required.

Apartment is clean and homely. Cleaner comes fortnightly and place is kept clean throughout.

I’m an Aussie - social, health conscious (mostly) and outgoing, working in real estate. Just turned 40 and my social groups are 30-50. LGBTQI+.

This larger room comes with double bed and double wardrobe storage, as well as a three draw dresser and bedside tables. Views towards the south. Sharing bathroom with 1 other.

The building has 24/7 concierge/security/maintenance and is a great place to live and well maintained.
