Apartment is clean and homely. Cleaner comes fortnightly and place is kept clean throughout.
I’m an Aussie - social, health conscious (mostly) and outgoing, working in real estate. Just turned 40 and my social groups are 30-50. LGBTQI+. Other roomie is also Aussie, 28 and a journalist - social, fitness active and upbeat with own network of friends.
Looking for someone who we can have a pint / drink / laugh with but also have their own lives going on.
Large living / dining room with two balconies - separate kitchen with everything you’d expect - dishwasher, microwave, oven, air fryer etc. Washer / dryer separate to the kitchen in its own cupboard.
Underfloor heating throughout (although it’s rarely needed), loads of natural light throughout.
Building is well maintained, modern and has a concierge.
House is furnished, however can discuss any items you’re wanting to bring to make it your home also!
Double bedroom comes with double bed and double wardrobe storage, as well as a three draw dresser and bedside tables. Views towards the south. Sharing bathroom with 1 other.
The building has 24/7 concierge/security/maintenance and is a great place to live and well maintained.
