The double bedroom has a large window overlooking the balcony and back to back gardens. Very scenic in the summer.

The property has very recently been refurbished which meets all the latest local authority health and safety standards. Fire doors, smoke alrams etc
The property sits right across lots of beautiful green spaces leading to Hackney Marshes. A fantastic location if you like the outdoors.

Transport facilities are excellent. It is moments away From all the major bus routes. 55 to Oxford Circus. 38 to Victoria. 48 to London Bridge. 56 to Angel Islington. It is also just a few mins walk to Clapton British rail via Liverpool Street (12 mins)!
*15/20 mins to Shoreditch / Old Street
* 20 mins to Whitechapel /Bricklane
The location is absolutely fantastic......close to lots of independent food shops and seconds away from parks. Absolutely great if you enjoy running and long scenic walks.

The gas and electricity are approximately £45 per month in the summer and £65 per month in the winter.
The rent shown of £750 includes, a weekly cleaner ( 2 hours) council tax, and internet.
The gas and electricity needs to be paid separately.
There is also a weekly cleaner (2 hours) who really does help to keep the place spotless!
