October Sublet from 8Th October - 8Th December

Cosy room to sublet in Hackney Downs — beg Oct to beg Dec/Jan, possibly longer or shorter. Deposit required and refundable.

I'm subletting my room while I'm away, available from October through December, with the possibility to extend. As I'm still finalising my own plans, someone flexible would be the ideal match, this is also a great fit if you're in transit or need a short-term base.

Since I'm currently in Indonesia (7 hours ahead of the UK), interviews will be over Zoom or WhatsApp.

The room itself is beautiful and very cosy, set in the heart of Hackney Downs, seconds from Hackney Downs Park, a 10-minute walk to Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations, and about 15 minutes to London Fields.

I'm looking for a solo, non-smoking, respectful human to look after my plants and treat the room like the sanctuary it is while I'm away.

You'd be sharing the house with Matt (42) and Fay (35) wonderful, interesting, conscious housemates who enjoy good conversation and a peaceful home. This isn't a party house: we don't drink or use substances here, and we really value calm. The house is kept very tidy, and the garden is a lovely spot to enjoy.
