Single room in Hackney

Hello Londoners,

We have a snug double room in the heart of Hackney (tm) available in our 3rd floor flat on Mare Street (the narrow way bit) from the 26th of August.
The room comes with a single bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair.
The place doesn’t have a living room but the kitchen’s size is decent and good enough for the occasional drink, and fully equipped (Even a dishwasher).
Bills are not included and come to around £85 a month including internet.

You’ll be living with a bunch of chill people- 2 French guys and an English girl at the moment- working or/and studying in different fields; fashion, property management, hospitality, politics, you name it!
We’re would ideally want to have someone that is happy to go for an occasional brunch, a drink at the pub and all the activities that are forbidden by dry January.

P. s.; Our leaving Flatmate is selling the bed for 125 pounds. You're free to buy it otherwise the room comes with a single bed (thus the room becoming a basic single room).
