I have a lovely room available in modern Flat in prime location in Hackney. The room is £1200 (all bills are included).
There is Currently a single bed in there as that’s what the previous tenant wanted as there was a large desk, but there is an options to put double bed.
*There are 2 bathrooms (one is in the ensuite and the other you will share with only 1 person.
The housemates are great! Two really cool creative guys- 1 is a photographer and the other works in the food industry. Both mid-late 20’s… they are exceptionally tidy and respectful. It’s definitely not a party place.
Both work full time and rarely home.
It’s a great flat, very spacious, lots of light & plants ;)
*The flat is nicely furnished. You can also bring your own things as well and make it your own.
*The Bedroom has a large Built in wardrobe.
*Less than 1 min walk to Hackney Central Station
*10-15 min walk to London Fields/Broadway Market .
*Available ASAP (could be flexible)
*I am available for viewings Mon-Friday after 6pm or weekends anytime
