The flat itself is small without a living-room. The kitchen is big, contains a good size fridge-freezer with lots of cupboard/countertop space as well. The bathroom isquite small but has a bath. The shower was recently upgraded.

The small hallway has a quiet washing machine, boiler and storage for hoover, cleaning products etc.

- no garden
- entrance is down an alleyway through a car park
