Sublet for 2.5 months in homerton 🌴

Double room from the 6th of April to the 16th of June. (£1800 for the whole period) .

The house is located on a quiet, residential area, 5 mins walk from Chatsworth Road, a very cure street where you can find everything you will need - and a sick old school cinema “The Castle”. 7 mins walk from Homerton station.

The house is very spacious with bright living room, big kitchen, one bathroom, one toilet and a big garden at the back with a green house. There is also a large storage area under our patio if you have things to store.

The room is located on the first floor, partially furnished with a bed a wardrobe.

The house is a quiet space for us to relax and unwind but we are also very open to having people around and enjoying the garden together. There is a lot of space in the house that even with guests it doesn’t feel loud. We try and be respectful to eachothers working hours and check with the rest if we want to have a big meet up back at the house.
