Room in Hackney house with garden

We are looking for a new housemate at some point this summer to move into a double room in our home in Hackney Downs.

It's pretty affordable for the area and has a good-sized garden which is fabulous in the summer time. Hard to judge exactly what bills come to at the moment with all the mad pricing, but I think maybe £60 up to £100 (in winter) per month.

There are six bedrooms in the house across three storeys, a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, shower room and another loo.

The flat is minutes away from Hackney Downs OG, and not much further from Hackney Central (+ heaps of buses.) We're two minutes from Hackney Downs, and maybe 10-15 from Hackney Central and London Fields (including lido) - so lots of pubs, restaurants, cafes, yoga studios, gyms etc, and local shops and supermarkets all within a few minutes walk. Basically all amenities are right near by us.

There are five other housemates, doing various things like events, tech / psycho-something, selling books, hospitality and writing.

It's a fairly chilled out house. Very respectful of people's work / sleep / inner peace, and we keep the place very clean and tidy - we have a wonderful cleaner Mary who comes once a week but we make sure it's pleasant in between, and really really want people who will maintain and enjoy that.

Very rarely all at home at the same time (it's tough to get five incredibly popular and busy folk in a room) but we do hang around in the kitchen a lot, and definitely want someone who'll be a part of the house rather than just a tenant in a room.
