Large double room in beautiful Haggerston flat

The flat is located in Hackney/East London, Haggerston and has a myriad of transport options: Haggerston Overground (2 mins walk), bus 149/242/243 and a night bus leave you across the street from our flat.

There is absolutely everything on your doorstep, restaurants, bars, several gyms & outdoor swimming pool, Climbing Wall, Squash courts, and are walking distance from Shoreditch on one side, Broadway market and vibrant Dalston one the other, as well as London Fields and a walk along the canal.

The flat is truly amazing and was completely refurbished with high standard with brand new painting, carpet, new washing machine/fridge a year ago, high ceilings throughout. The bedroom is very large (5.12 m x3.73 m), and comes with an enormous built-in double wardrobe, floor to ceiling and 2m wide. (see pics & video). The flat is already furnished; however the room comes unfurnished apart from the wardrobe which stays obviously. So all you need is a bed really! I could potentially leave my bed for 300-350 if needed. (bought a year ago). There are 2 bathrooms in the flat, one en-suite and another one you will be sharing with just another person.

You will be sharing with Phil, an Australian guy (32) and Augustin, a French guy (26) working in Finances and Data. Both enjoy Hiking, climbing, movie night, dinners & cycle everywhere. Looking for someone clean, tidy and considerate, friendly & sociable but who also understands each other space.

The rent is £1,260 per month, and I would say roughly £100-140 for all bills depending on winter/summer, for Council tax, fast broadband, water, electricity. The deposit is £1,450.

Moving date ideally is the 28th of April, as I am moving out on the 27th April, and you would be taking over my room. The date is easily fleible, let’s say a week or so beforehand or after, like early May, for the right person😊 I am moving out because I decided to move by myself, big step I know! Other than that, it is truly a beautiful flat, and will be missed. So you will be taking over my 12 months contract, with possibility to renew after that if you want.
