We have one double bedroom available to rent in our beautiful, light & spacious Hackney flat. My partner and I live in the flat as well. We have two bathrooms, so you would have a shower to yourself.

The flat is large, spacious and light. It is conveniently situated 8 minutes walk from Homerton overground & a 10 min walk from Homerton Hospital. We have Chatsworth Road, Victoria Park, Hackney Marshes and the River Lea all in very close walking distance.

We are both self employed professionals (florist and musician), looking to find a tidy & clean flatmate who is equally as easy going and low maintenance!

The price does not include bills, but we will cover the cost of a cleaner once a fortnight. For reference our council tax band is C.

We are looking for someone who would be able to rent the room for a minimum of 3 months with a view to extend if it is going well.

No parties or smoking in the house.
