Room available in Homerton

Hello!

Due to work commitments I will be sadly giving up my lovely room in Homerton which is available from any date in June.

You would be subletting up until the break Claus of the contract which would be in October in which you can sign on until the contract would renew again in April.

Rent: £725 + bills £86.23
You will have a Splitwise with the house for all other shared utilities. We also have a cleaner Mariya, who comes once every fortnight and does a beautiful job! We are a tidy household and like to keep on top of house cleanliness!

Flat mates:
You have Dan the man, the one in the kitchen with a brew and great company. Will, the one who is always up for a good giggle and has beef with the squirrels in the garden. Erin, the one who’s the baker and brings the goods and coffee home.

The house is extremely homely vibes, we are very respectful of each others space as well as coming together when we can to cook a meal, watch a film, have a fire pit or head to the local (Adam and Eve pub). Everyone is in and out the house with either work or social commitments.

We have space to hang your bike inside or garden space.

We are looking for another female to balance out the genders and we are an LGBTQIA+ friendly house also so queer people are very welcome.

Area:
You’re about a 7 min walk from the station where you’ll probably accidentally fall into the Adam and Eve pub on your way home. You have the canal walk down to Hackney Wick which is a beautiful walk in summer.
