Our contract has come to an end and we have TWO lovely south facing room available in our sunny, quiet house.

We’d like someone kind and nice who will also find time to look after the house, chip in with the cleaning and tidying of both the house and garden and pay the bills on time. If you think you will fit into that dynamic please read on for details of this really great house!!

Medium sized, south facing doubles in a quiet Victorian House in a friendly neighbourhood.

RENT: £810pcm (not including bills)
DEPOSIT : £800
BILLS: ~ £123 approx per month

The House:
Located on a quiet street near Chatsworth Road and Homerton High Street, it’s a spacious four-bedroom house with a sunny south facing garden. The house has a living room, downstairs toilet, big kitchen, and shared upstairs bathroom.

The house is kept clean and tidy, it’s a sociable and friendly vibe, but not a party house.

The Rooms:
The rooms are a good size and have lot natural light throughout the day whilst being nice and quiet. The carpets were only put down a couple of years ago, so are in very good condition. We have a brand new fridge / freezer and brand new cooking hob. Both rooms come unfurnished.

Availability:
The rooms will be available from June 10th
on a 12 month minimum let, which may role over. With rent paid on the 10th of each month.
