Hello there!

Our contract is being renewed so we’ve got 2 rooms up for grabs in our lovely Clapton House!

The location is close to Chatsworth Road and Hackney Marshes - full of loads of coffee shops, bars, pubs, groceries and more.
The house is halfway between Homerton and Clapton overground stations.

Both bedrooms have great natural light, will be furnished with a bed frame (our landlord can provide mattress if needed).

The house is set over three floors and has two bathrooms. Unfortunately doesn’t have a living room, but has a lovely garden with a bbq that gets a lot of sun.

One of the rooms available is much larger, so suits someone working from home.

And the other is a reasonably sized double that fits a desk - ideally someone who doesn’t work from home everyday.

You’ll be sharing with myself, Rose - 27 & working as a creative strategist at a branding agency.

And James - 31, & working in pharmacy at Guys hospital.

Ideally looking for 2 girlies between the ages of 28 - 35 but open to guys between this age as well.

We are looking for sociable and friendly people, but this isn’t a party flat. But happy to all hang out together at the pub/in the garden when people are free!

Deposit: 1 months rent, which goes in a deposit scheme by our Landlord.

Double Room:
Rent: £636
Deposit: 1 months rent, which goes in a deposit scheme by our Landlord.
