Sunny Room in Hackney Downs

Our current flatmate is moving out, and we are looking for someone to take over her room from Dec. The contract would be for one year, with the possibility of renewal.

The flat is shared with two young female professionals (late 20s) who are very nice, respectful, clean, and tidy. We are looking for someone like-minded preferably female professional in her late 20s to early 30s, who is down to have a chat in the kitchen with us from time to time.

Rent is £860/ month without bills. Bills are usually an extra £100/ month.

About the room: The room is cozy and unfurnished but the current flatmate is selling all her furniture (incl. bed, mattress, desk, wardrobe). We share a bathroom and other common areas (separate loo, kitchen, and living room).

The flat is located in a very convenient area. It is a 5-minute walk to Hackney Downs station which goes straight to Liverpool Street, and a 10-minute walk to Hackney Central station. There are local shops 2 minutes away, a very large Tesco 10 minutes away, and a very large Lidl 20 minutes away.

The flat is right by Hackney Downs Park (where it is possible to exercise, play tennis, etc.) and there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants in the area.
