The room/house: This is a ground floor flat, with a communal kitchen, bathroom and garden 🌱🌿
The room is technically unfurnished - however, all the furniture (aside the stool) is avilable to buy for £100- this includes a double bed and mattress, clothing rail, small cabinet, small clothes drying rack, bin, over back of door hooks and mirror.
Bills normally don't come to more than £120 per month

The location: this house is off the lovely Chatsworth Avenue which has lots of shops bars and restaurants on it - and a weekly market on Sunday! The side street we're really quiet and chilled which is really nice. The house is 10 mins walk from homerton station, 15/20 mins away from hackney central and 20 mins away from Hackney Downs.

The flatmates:
I'm Fenn (they/he) and my other flatmate is Hen (they/them). I'm 24 and work in sexual health!
We both work mainly in the office but work a couple of days a week at home.
We're fairly independent but like to have a nice chat in the kitchen and a trip to the pub together now and then :)
We also have a lovely ginger cat called Aloisius, who is a delightful boy! 🐱
