Large double room in Hackney *short term let Aug*

Hi, looking for someone to fill our spare room for the whole of August while my boyfriend is away doing Edinburgh Fringe.

You’d be sharing with myself, I’m Jess - a 35 year old Television Producer from London. Super friendly, chilled and tidy!

The flat itself has a large living/dining area, large sunny balcony, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The available room is a large double, with a desk, rail and sideboard for clothes. The flat is a 10 min walk to Clapton station where you can get to Liverpool Street in 3 stops or Walthamstow in 2 stops, so easy connections to the rest of London. Also has good bus connections. The flat is 2 minute walk to the canal (pictured) and surrounded by Hackney Marshes and Walthamstow Marshes, so a really lovely spot!

The ideal dates would be 29th July - 1st September, but we are flexible. Earliest move in date would be 22nd July though. Ideally would like to share with a like minded female but open. And LGBTQ+ friendly

Would consider a couple but dates would be 29th July - 25th of August and rent would be £300/week.
