Large room available in a 2 bed Clapton ex council flat from start of August until March/April, living with me (the owner).
Room comes furnished with desk, bed, drawers and wardrobe.
I am a 28 year old civil servant who enjoys queer nightlife/dance music/the pub at the weekends, and home cooked dinners/tv/films/reading midweek.
Hoping for someone to share a home and not just a flat with for 8 months (I love cooking for other people), but with mutual respect for each others' own space. Fellow queer person preferred and you'd need to be happy with being veggie in the flat.
Perks of living here include a landlord who will get things sorted promptly, LRB subscription, lots of plants and natural light, home cooked dinners.
The one con is that it's not the quietest block in the world so probably not right for a light sleeper - it doesn't bother me or two out of three previous flatmates and their partners, but did bother one.
