Sunny Room in Hackney Downs

Hi Everyone!

Unfortunately, our lovely flatmate is moving in with her fiancé and therefore there is a room available in our beautiful flat in Hackney Downs.

About the flat: The flat is a new build in a development which was completed last year (we are the first people to live in it). There are three bedrooms, and one bedroom is ensuite so you will be sharing with one other person only. We have a concierge from 8am-11pm everyday to help collect packages and post.

The bedroom is unfurnished, however there will be the chest of drawers left for clothes etc. It comfortably fits a double bed and a desk, plus a bedside table. There is a built in wardrobe in the corridor for you to store clothes. The bathroom encompasses a bath and shower with a built in speaker. We have a balcony and a large kitchen/living room. The kitchen comes with a Quooker tap and we have equipped this with all the necessary amenities and gadgets. There is a large fridge freezer, oven and microwave, TV, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.

You will also have access to a heated rooftop pool, which is open between April- September. The complex has a cafe, hairdresser, sauna spa, beauty clinic and there are new businesses opening iminently. We are right on the corner of Hackney Downs Park, a 15 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland and 5 minute walk to Rectory Road overground station which takes you to Liverpool Street in 12 minutes. There is underground secure bike storage as well.

About us: We are 2 professionals, 1 medic and 1 green energy analyst that have been friends for years. We are outgoing and sociable but respect each other's time. We love to cook together, sample the local delights of Hackney bakeries and attend an occasional yoga or pilates class.

We are looking for another professional, aged 28-33, who is sociable and has a hybrid working schedule. We value cleanliness and a peaceful environment.
