Lovely double room in hackney

I'm seeking a flatmate to move into a property I'll be renting from mid August.

I'm a transgender neurodivergent woman with a full time job and I keep pretty busy besides that. Looking for a flatmate who is happy to be independent but still want somebody I get along with :)

The bedroom on offer is the smaller downstairs one. It is modest but comfortable with good natural light. You may need to furnish it yourself. But there's also a solid chance the landlord would be willing to help out with furniture if you needed or wanted that.

The flat has a lovely bathroom and a living room / kitchen shared space. It gets a lot of natural light all day long. However it's a first floor flat with no lift so if you have serious mobility issues it may not be the right fit for you.

The flat is coming partially furnished but I have a lot of my own furniture so I think shared spaces will be well furnished.

Contract allows certain pets but I am allergic to most cats and some dogs so pets would definitely be a discussion rather than a definite yes.

Very friendly and accommodating landlord.

Currently the contract is set up to allow me to sublet but if you prefer to be on the official contract, we can talk to the landlord.
